- Immediate solution and implementation for any SOS situation occurred during operation of equipments at site.
- Visual inspection of components and complete assembly by certified engineer.
- Dimensional confirmation by certified engineer.
- Functional testing of Valves, Chokes and Actuators, etc.
- Perform Material Hardness Test.
- Hydro Pressure test witness to recommended rating.
- Review OEM's documents and last MTRs.
- Submission of detailed inspection report along with scope of work required on equipment.
- Replacement of Spare Parts.
- Post final inspection, Issuance of Certificate of Compliance as per API specifications.
